Salon Growth Kit is delivered digitally. No parcel, printed book, storage device or physical product will be shipped, and no shipping fee is charged.
Delivery method
After the Razorpay or Cashfree order is verified as paid, access instructions are sent to the email address or phone number entered at checkout. The delivery includes the available product files and usage guide described on the checkout page.
Delivery time
Most verified orders are delivered within 15 minutes. In case of gateway delay, incorrect contact details or a technical issue, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Customers should check spam/promotions folders and ensure their checkout contact details are correct.
Access problems
If you do not receive access within 24 hours, contact jaicomputerosian@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7300066900 with your order ID. Never send OTP, card details, CVV or UPI PIN.
