Salon Growth Kit is a digital product. No physical item is shipped. Product descriptions, inclusions, compatibility notes and the price displayed at checkout form part of these terms.
Licence
A standard purchase gives the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to customise and use the resulting content for one salon or business brand. The editable source files, CSV, workbook, prompts and template access may not be shared, resold, redistributed, sublicensed or uploaded to a public repository.
Buyer responsibilities
- Review all service claims, prices, offers and expiry dates before publishing.
- Use only images, fonts and elements the buyer has the right to use.
- Check Canva plan requirements and final text/image fit.
- Keep download and template links private.
Payments and orders
Orders are accepted only after the selected payment gateway reports the order as paid and our server verifies that status. A payment attempt, screenshot or bank debit alone does not constitute confirmed delivery. Duplicate or disputed payments will be reviewed using Razorpay or Cashfree gateway records.
No performance guarantee
The kit does not guarantee followers, engagement, leads, revenue or bookings. Results vary based on the salon’s service quality, offer, location, audience, posting, advertising and follow-up.
Availability and updates
We may improve file organisation, instructions or access methods. A purchase does not include lifetime updates, custom design work or social media management unless explicitly stated in writing.
