Information we collect
When you place an order or contact support, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, order ID, payment status and messages. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, bank password or OTP.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree Payments, based on the option selected at checkout. Payment details entered on their hosted payment screens are handled under the selected provider’s security and privacy practices. We receive only order and transaction status information needed to confirm your purchase.

- To deliver the purchased digital product.
- To provide customer support and prevent misuse.
- To maintain accounting, tax and legal records.
- To send service-related order updates.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers required to process payments, host the website or deliver the product, and with authorities when legally required. We retain order records only as long as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations.

You may request correction of your contact details or ask a privacy question by emailing jaicomputerosian@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
Security
We use HTTPS and server-side payment verification. No internet system is completely risk-free; customers should never send sensitive banking credentials through email or WhatsApp.
