Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before digital access is issued

If you paid successfully but digital access has not yet been issued, you may request cancellation by contacting us immediately with your order ID. We will review whether fulfilment has started.

After digital access is issued

Because digital files and access links cannot be returned, orders are generally non-refundable once access or download instructions have been delivered. Please review the product description and compatibility notes before purchasing.

When we will help

If the delivered file is corrupted, materially different from the description, or the access link does not work, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will first repair access, replace the affected file or provide an equivalent working copy. If we cannot resolve a genuine delivery defect, we may approve a refund.

Duplicate or failed payments

Duplicate successful charges will be reviewed and the extra confirmed payment will be refunded. For a failed or pending transaction, first wait for the bank and payment-gateway status to settle. If money was debited but the order is not marked paid, share the Razorpay or Cashfree order ID with support; do not make repeated payments unless advised.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Bank or payment-network processing times apply after initiation and may vary by payment method.
